I’ve known Adrian for quite some time now. I’ve seen him grow over the years, and I must say I’m darn proud of what he’s been achieving through hardwork, persistence and integrity. He’s one of the very few people I would trust with my whole assets, to be perfectly honest. ^_^
He would come to me afterwork, tell me stories about the roadblocks he was facing in his personal life, and I would tell him that a person with his characters and traits should not worry about a thing. “Just face those issues head on Dri, you will persevere at the end of the day. You’ll see”
So, shooting his pre-wedding, and seeing how these pictures turned out, really made my day. This is not an overnight romance, not a knee-jerk reaction, not your daily puppy love. This is love, tested through time and tears, winning against all odds. And you can see, clearly, in the pictures. Hats off to you Dri. Congrats to you both!

Finally got the approval to upload the pics, ^_^
Shot over our 4-day pre-wedding Singapore trip, right in the middle of the rainy season! And, not even a single drop of rain! Wish I could say the same for the amount of bodily fluid Tri was sweating though, ^_^ The dude is one mean sweat machine! j/k bro ^_^
Though the da…y was clearly tiring, Dinie made it easy for all of us. With her easy-going, all-smile, bubbly-self, who could pout? ^_^ Go try for yourself if you don’t believe me. But beware, the dude beside her was in the ROTC, kekekekkekeeke..

This one definitely ranks up there in terms of rush jobs. ^_^ We met Edwin and Tika just weeks before their wedding, and the 1st session was called off due to heavy rain.
Tika was obviously bubbly from the get go. But Edwin apparently put on his serious mask early in the photo shoot, ^_^ When the mask finally came off? See the pics, ^_^
A big congrats to Edwin and Tika!

Probably the tallest couple we’ve ever shot, ^_^ Heck, Agustin is even taller than my fellow photographer (let’s not name names here, right? ^_^).
That day started so early, as I didn’t spend the night over at Puncak, that I thought I’d be beat down that day. But shooting at Puncak has its perks. The cool and fresh air really kept me from getting exhausted. We simply breezed through the day, and ended up shooting way too many pics, ^_^
Rico and Agustin, congrats! See you at your wedding day this weekend, ^_^

Fang2 (Yenni’s childhood name) is my baby sister. I was already a 10-year old, with a 9 year-old brother, when she was born.
My parents, worried of the significant age gap, gave me daily speeches about how we must not be envious of the new baby in the family, how we have to accept, how we have to love our baby sister.
But, my brother and I, (my older sister was already in her own teenager age zone by that time) simply saw a new “toy” in our house. We would make faces to get reaction from the baby, carry her around the house, pose her on the bed and take lots of pics of her, and successfully made her cry countless times in the process, and of course, we were brilliantly successful getting yelled at by Mom too, ^_^
So, how hard was it realizing that your baby sister (whose baby ass I bit so hard, in a “the baby is so cute I can just eat her” context, that she cried for a good hour) was no longer your baby sister? How difficult was it knowing that she might no longer need to look to you for a big bro favor? How tough?
The answer, surprisingly, does not have anything to do with the questions. This is no longer about me or anyone else. This is now about her.
Fang2 is now a grown person. We watched her change and mature over the years, years we might’ve taken for granted. So, when she told me that the things she sees in Danny (the now-so-rare goodness and kindness) really make her happy, I support her all the way.
Danny and Fang2, here’s to you both. Danny, welcome to the family. Fang2, nothing but the best of wishes!

What makes a good person? Their background? Appearance? Behavior ? Words they utter? Actions they take?
I don’t normally go on a “fun” shooting trip, as the weekly photography projects as they are now, are already taking up so much of my time. But when Ron (one of our all time fave clients, ^_^) asked me to come along on this session, I was in need of a break, so I went.
I was so glad I said yes to Ron. I now know what makes a good person to photographers: a couple that’s (even though you just met) so friendly and nice that you’d have so much fun photographing them.
Andrian and Yuwi: thanks for letting me come along.

I’ll never forget Ron, ^_^ Just the thought of him puts a grin on my face any time. ^_^ The guy insisted that he would choose us as his pre-wedding/wedding photographer if and only if we would teach him photography. Go figure. ^_^
I initially thought, he’d just be another hyped-up guy who just picked up photography, and would leave photography at a drop of a hat. But boy, was I wrong. And I truly was glad to be wrong. ^_^
He was diligent, persistent, critical, and sharp (not to mention damn fun to be around). Go see his facebook page, if you don’t believe me. Look at how far his photographs have come. ^_^
Dude, I’m proud of you. See you at your wedding, ^_^
PS: and what about Diana? Let’s just say: Ron is one damn lucky dude, ^_^
